Returning for the 12th year, the MSWA Albany swim is encouraging swimmers of all ages to take a dive and swim to support people living with neurological conditions in the Great Southern.
The eight-hour charity event will take place at the Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre on April 20.
With no strict rules on swim styles, teams will compete to have a swimmer in the water at all times throughout the eight hours.
In 2023, more than 4000 laps were completed and nearly $20,000 raised for services, research and support for those living with neurological conditions.
MSWA supports people living with conditions like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, stroke, motor neurone disease, acquired brain injury and other conditions.
Online registrations for the swim close midnight on April 17 and late registrations may be accepted on the morning of the event if not already fully booked.
