A 16-year-old boy has been charged over a vicious alleged attack on a cyclist who was left with life-threatening injuries after he was pushed off his bike by hooligans on a motorcycle.
Perry Raison, 64, was cycling on a shared pedestrian and cycle path next to the Kwinana Freeway when he was knocked off the bike, leaving him with a string of horrific injuries on February 11.
